The Red Passion Kiwi is a fruiting vine currently grown in Italy. It is one of the 40 different species which belong to Actinidia genus and it is very closely related to Actinidia deliciosa the most common commercial kiwifruit.  Red Passion Kiwi's have a bronze skin, and golden flesh with bright red centre.  


Regions

The fruit is known to currently known to be cultivated in China, Italy and France.


Flavours & Texture

Red Passion Kiwi has a smoother, sweeter and more berry like taste compared to green or golden kiwi. It's texture is soft and smooth, similar to a golden kiwi.


Preparation

You can either cut it in half with a knife or you can cut it in slices. You can eat the skin of the fruit if you like as it is very soft. You can have in a fruit salad, juice, or in your smoothies.   


Nutritional Value
